industrial sounds are INDUSTRIAL..not goth.. clothing (some of it) may be gothy..but it says gothic belly dancing..and its not...wish people would label things correctly if the labeling system is used at all!!! then they could at least get it correct!

oh no it's totally acceptable! This is what makes for good discussions is to express your opinion. I asked what the difference was between this and regualr belly dancing, and tribal, and you had answered my question by telling me that the only difference was a name. I would bust out some William Shakespeare but I don't think it's necessary. :) Labels are just lame, I don't know why people use them.

if you look back in the medival times belly dancers were actually more gothic like this, it was more dark and i mean in europe and such not middle east

There were no belly dancers in Europe - the rules for showing skin at that time were as strict in Europe as they are in the Middle East now. The fact is there has never been Gothic belly dance, it's a new thing and i like it, but there was no such thing previous to the last 50 years or so. Maybe even less.

i don't care what people say but this is very very beautiful!!! i totally love the movement and the expresing way that you're putting the goth to the belly dance (sorry if my english sucks, i'm mexican and i'm doing my best te-hee n_n)

does anyone know where i can get finger extentions like the ones about 45 seconds into the video? even just the correct names, cos the only thing i can find when i look for em on line is the big gothic finger claws which is not quite what i want...
